For those who haven't had the opportunity to try Google Glass, the wearable device can safely be described as a work-in-progress when it comes to utilities. But boy, does Glass shoot some pretty video.
White Lightning + Judge's Son, a Brooklyn-based advertising agency, kindly loaned its Google Glass to Adweek for a fun test-drive around midtown Manhattan's main attraction this week—Super Bowl Boulevard. For the record, there wasn't one "hey, Glasshole!" remark in an hour of mixing in with the crowd. To the contrary, somewhat surprisingly, folks seemed genuinely intrigued by the odd-looking techie spectacles.
Check out the sights and the sounds as Snickers, Pepsi, Subway, Bridgestone and other brands attempt to engage the multitudes of passersby, through the lens of Glass.
